Then curiosity quietly tip toes into your head after you hear the other women raving about how Saturday( of all the days in the week!)- is the highlight of their week. It all starts with the tiny little “what if” thought that makes you re-think the possibility of trying something beyond your current capabilities and the worst that could come of it. I must admit, it takes guts to trust and hand over the controls of your body’s movement to me(even if only, temporarily) and follow instructions that might initially seem foreign and unknown. I always tell my clients that the first step to success is change, and any real change can only occur once you've stepped outside known ground and actually challenged yourself.
Needless to say, enduring a great workout leaves you gasping for air and brings with it a bucket load of sweat, but also brings a renewed sense of satisfaction. What does a Saturday morning session look like?
The dynamic of a Saturday session is quite intense, but amazing.You’ll see women huffing and grunting their way to fitter bodies, in their coordinated athleisure outfits soaked with sweat.
We have our ultra beginner trying it out to see if she can keep up while still maintaining her form, alongside the dedicated and committed Saturday session challenger who’s been at this for quite some time now. With all their backs turned and ponytails now glistening with sweat, there’s a sense of shared struggle. The range of fitness levels only offers a tremendous amount of encouragement and inspiration all at once. You’ll never feel out of place here!
If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you!
I always tell my clients to make sure that they are pushing themselves without getting burnt out.
Regardless of who you are, the cardio workouts will inevitably make everyone’s muscles shake in unison, to prove that the struggle, as well as the results, are real!

We also create partner workouts, where you’ll be paired up with someone with a similar fitness level to keep you in check, and push you throughout the workout. This helps to keep up spirits up and reinforce the idea of having another woman to support you. This doesn't mean you need to be better than the person next to you; it doesn't mean you need to burn yourself out, it doesn't mean you need to lift more than you think you can. It just means that you are working on YOU, pushing yourself a little more than yesterday, breaking a sweat and feeling better on the way back home.

As much the core focus is about pushing your body for 1hour 30min, these exercises are by no means silver bullets; they won’t change your life overnight. We all know that the biggest buildings can only be built on the strongest foundations.
The central aspect of these unique sessions is the visceral and inviting energy it creates. Each 6 am sweat-inducing session provides a strong, stable foundation for you to build a beautiful, brilliant life.
At the risk of giving away too much, I’m going to let you in on how these sessions end. We usually have a stroll down the promenade restaurant next door and I treat my girls to some healthy breakfast and coffee. Often times, we wind up hosting a picnic after the sessions to share some healthy homemade recipes and catch up. Above all else, the response from hearing about individual fitness stories has absolutely floored me sometimes.
Each Saturday session works in tandem with the challenge or fitness program you may be currently involved in. Including a fitness routine into your weekend will forcefully push you further along your path towards building healthier habits. It's like slipping a session into your weekend without even realizing you've trained an extra day!
